And here we are again ready for my 23 years as an athlete, uuuuuuuuuuuuuu. most of my life. From 7 years I have been listening to "you get to compete this weekend, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, at what time?. it does not matter. competencies and skills are there to try to be there in the best possible conditions.
meets on March 30, 30 añossssss, uuuuuuuuu that sounds sick. but I am of 25 ha, ha, ha. With all these years on the force I can tell you that there is equal powers to each other, win or lose there are always new things and some not so new, but footage can be seen or otherwise as they pass the time.
That lucky I am to be an athlete "competitive" at this point in my life.
But I was not going through your head the retreat, "ATHLETE OF DEATH", ha, ha, ha. So I invite you to occasionally come to this page and follow my 23th season that began a couple of weeks ago (60 m) and after 10 days of training on the island of Gran Canaria.
I've only run two times 60 m.
the first 7.29 s. and the second at 7.18 s.

I have not jumped much for the injury I had or I have in my knee. I have no discomfort now, but we'll see you jump in competition next week in the Swedish national indoor "Gothenburg 2007." this will be my first and probably the last time I jump indoors this season. We have given priority to the outdoor season (June-August summer) so I'm not as explosive now, but that if the force. Anything can happen. We'll see next week. On Tuesday 20, I'm an official in the IAAF Super Grand Prix GE GALAN 2007 "

. It is organized by my club here in Stockholm. So alomejor'll post pictures and some video (if I can shoot).
On Friday 23, travel to Gothenburg to the national. At the time I'll tell the details . SEE! (SES VI) and write!.
